Divine Order™ Return & Refund Policy
Each Divine Order™ piece is crafted on demand in partnership with our premium print and production partners. Because every item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@divine-order.com and include:

Clear photos of the defective or damaged area
Our team will review your request and provide next steps for resolution. Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Please note:

Returns are not accepted for incorrect size, change of mind, or color variation due to individual screen settings.

Because all items are custom made, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement through our production partner.
