Welcome to Divine Order™. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline how our products are produced, fulfilled, and delivered through our trusted manufacturing partners.

2. Partnership with Contrado
Divine Order™ partners with Contrado Imaging Ltd., a global print-on-demand production company, to manufacture and fulfill our custom apparel and accessory products.
All Divine Order™ items are made to order, ensuring premium craftsmanship and reduced waste. When you place an order, your product is produced and shipped directly from Contrado’s nearest manufacturing facility to ensure quality and efficiency.

3. Production and Order Processing
All Divine Order™ products are printed and handmade to order.
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by delivery depending on your location.
4. Returns and Replacements
Because all items are custom made through Contrado, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@divine-order.com with:

We will review your request with Contrado and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns must be authorized before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled through Contrado’s fulfillment network. After production, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delays due to customs, postal services, or global shipping issues are outside our control, but we will assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
6. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway at the time of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All Divine Order™ designs, logos, and creative assets are original works owned by Divine Order™. These may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Divine Order™ and its fulfillment partner, Contrado Imaging Ltd., are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or manufacturing inconsistencies within industry tolerance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
