Divine Order™ Shipping Policy

Each Divine Order™ piece is made to order in collaboration with Contrado Imaging Ltd., our global print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. This ensures every item is produced with care, quality, and precision.

Processing & Production Time

All Divine Order™ products are printed and handmade to order.
Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Because your product is custom made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will ship directly from Contrado’s nearest manufacturing facility.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on customs, postal service efficiency, or international carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and the number of items in your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Divine Order™ and Contrado cannot predict or control these charges.

Shipping Errors or Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking number first.
If tracking shows no updates or the order appears lost, contact us at support@divine-order.com. We will work with Contrado to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate with Contrado to provide a replacement or refund.
